Stonehouse Veterinary Practice

I have 2 dogs, one is fine with vets, one is absolutely terrified. They have been excellent with both my dogs, you can tell that they truly care and have empathy for the owners too. Excellent vets, I would highly recommend them to anyone

The vets here at this practice are so kind and caring. They really don't mess around and give you inaccurate advice or medication not needed either. Dan treated my Miley and I can honestly say how brilliant he was with him. My dog loved him so much. It was quite funny and still a standing joke that my dog fancied him 🤣 as of all the dogs that go into the practice seems to fancy him too. You always get treated with such respect and it's always so welcoming warm and friendly in there. It's lovely and clean too no chemical smells either like all other vets do which is a bonus in my opinion 😉 your always in on time and your pet gets the best quality of treatment and surgery. Dan really went out of his way to help my dog aswell as setting up a nicely priced treatment plan you can efficiently afford 😀 Thanks to Pablo and Jyoyyi and the rest of the team too. You are all fabulous and you do your best to help our pets receive the best treatment. Anyone who wants excellent veterinary friendly services should attend here. Plus if you have a dog, you know which vet it's likely to jump on 🤣🤣

Best vet practice in the area. They look after my own dogs and my foster dogs with 5* care. Lovely staff who are kind and caring. Don't know what I'd do without them.

I cannot recommend Pablo and all of the wonderful team enough. Polly was extremely poorly and they quickly diagnosed multiple myeloma which is a very rare and serious cancer in a dog. She was back to normal after a couple days of in-house treatment and is on lifelong meds to keep it in remission. Thank you ❤️ from all of us x

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Pablo and Dan and the team at Stonehouse Vets. I have a Romanian rescue dog who has had health issues since before I rescued him. He's been to see many different vets who have tried a few things and then given up on him. Within a handful of visits, thorough examinations, clear communications, support, and helpful suggestions and advice, we think we have the problem fixed. Matty is like a completely different dog- so happy, no pain, instigating play with EVERYONE. My heart feels so full and I cannot thank them enough for fixing my sweet boy. 10/10 humans!

We cannot recommend Stonehouse Vets and the staff enough! Sasha was on the verge of death and has lost a third of her body weight in less than a month. Pablo and Dan had been amazing in eliminating the potential causes and supporting us at all times. During her recovery Sasha has received the best attention from the entire staff who we cannot thank enough for putting our baby back on her feet. Less than 2 months after her surgery, Sasha is at healthiest that she has ever been. The photos attached are one month apart. If you are looking for vets that genuinely care about your pets, then this is the best place than you can come to.

Best vet I’ve ever had. My cat was seen by a different practice and they were nice but not fixing the problem apparently as he was declining rapidly. I knew he wouldn’t last much longer as his eyes were glazed and uneven and kept passing out. Started with heat exhaustion episode but no fluids even offered at prior vet. He would die if I didn’t try harder. Stone house was recommended to me by some Berkeley residents. They accepted a same day appointment and without additional emergency higher rates. I was impressed. Saw Daniel who was not convinced that his struggled breathing was just because of his “breed” like the last vet said. So ultrasound X-rays done and found the reason. A couple days longer he’d have died if Daniel hadn’t found the real problem. A few minor procedures done and strong antibiotics and lab results in and now my pet is recovering slowly but surely. Now I’m looking at housing in the area just go live close as it’s a long drive from wales! But to know my pets wellness is in good hands is worth the drive or even moving to the area . Reception and nurses all excellent. I have Not one single complaint. Just Perfect

Losing our beloved dog, Lucky, was one of the hardest things we’ve ever faced, but finding Pablo and his team during that time was the only bright spot in the darkness. My partner and I had searched tirelessly for a vet who could provide the care she needed as she bravely battled congenital kidney disease at only three and half years old. More than anything, we wanted her final days to be peaceful and spent at home, surrounded by love. After many attempts, we found Pablo and his team, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Thanks to the drip she received, we were given one more precious week with her, a week where she played with her toys, felt comfortable, and gave us the chance to cherish every moment. Saying goodbye was heartbreaking, but their support made an unbearable decision just a little more bearable. When the time came, Pablo and his colleague came to our home, allowing Lucky to pass peacefully in the place she loved most. They handled everything with the utmost care and respect, even taking the time to wash her blankets and help us create lasting memories. Their kindness and compassion meant the world to us. As our big girl was a Cane Corso, many vets would have insisted on a muzzle, but Pablo and his team truly saw her for who she was. They trusted our knowledge of her gentle nature and treated her with the dignity she deserved. That level of understanding is rare and something we will always be grateful for. We miss Lucky more than words can say, but we take comfort in knowing she had the best care possible. When the time comes to welcome another dog into our family, there’s no doubt, Pablo and his team will be our first choice. Vets who care as deeply for both animals and their families as they do are truly one in a million. 10/10, thank you, Pablo and team, for everything.
