Took an out of hours phone consultation free of charge for my sick dog. Will be leaving Clockhouse vets due to their arrangement with Vets Now in Cheltenham for emergency cover and joining Stonehouse vets.

Pablo is a great vet, very adaptive and personable. My cat was always relaxed in his hands and received caring and effective treatment over a period of about two and a half years. At around age 12 she had become unwell with an overactive thyroid, and had a bad reaction to the drug treatment. After trying different treatments Pablo performed a partial thyroidectomy, after which she gained weight and seemed far happier. After about 18 months she became unwell again and it transpired that she had a tumour in her mouth. With Pablo we decided that it was time to let her go, and he was able to euthanise her there and then in our home. It felt very peaceful and respectful to us and our cat. Tippi was always very nervous when travelling to the vet and sitting in a waiting room, and I am so glad that in her later years she was treated at home by Pablo with such compassion and pragmatism.

We cannot thank Pablo enough for how much he helped my cat Bow and myself the last couple of days. Bow was really unwell and detoriating and I messaged Pablo to see if he could help. He responded to me very quickly and even though I lived a bit further then he would normally come, he came to me the same day. Pablo knew exactly how to help after describing her symptons initially to then coming to check her over and give her an antibiotic jab to clear an infection. Bow has improved greatly since his visit and is progressing well. I can tell how dedicated Pablo is as he came back today for a check in to see how she was doing and gave me great advice as she is an older cat. Even more so, he has asked for updates through next week to see how she is going. Pablo is really great in his approach and myself and Bow feel very lucky that he came to help. I would definitley recommend him particularly if you have an anxious pet as even though Bow was a bit feisty he was very relaxed with her.

Pablo is 1 in a million. His care and compassion - it’s only matched by his professionalism and willingness to be available even at short notice. He was my Labrador‘s vet right up to the end - and his final visit helped turn something extremely stressful into something quite beautiful for our dog and indeed the whole family. To Anyone considering using Pablo’s services - he is just the sort of small independent we should be treasuring. And I know that many do! Thanks. Andy

I cannot praise Stroud Mobile Vets highly enough. Having the vet visit your pet in the comfort of your own home takes all the stress away - for my cat but also for me ! And Pablo is just the best ! My elderly cat was very poorly recently and Pablo treated her ( and me) with so much care and respect . He explains everything clearly, nothing is too much trouble - he is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable - and you know your pet is in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pablo to anyone. Thank you Pablo 😊

Huge descision to make when a lump was discovered on Claude's back leg. Pablo gave options, we decided amputation which was a risk with an older dog. Claude was in great hands and has a new lease of life. Definitely reccomend Pablo

Pablo recently come to see my beloved Old English Sheepdog, Byron. Unfortunately after tests and Byron collapsing we had to make the awful decision to put Byron to sleep. Pablo came to our home to help Byron to the Rainbow Bridge. Pablo truly is the most caring and empathetic man, and we cannot thank him enough for the care that he has shown Byron over the years. I cannot recommend Pablo enough for any care with your fur-babies, as he says on his webpage he really does treat them like they are his own. No other vet comes near to the care that he shows. Thank you Pablo.
