From my first contact, Debbie was incredibly patient and kind on the phone, answering my many questions and offering helpful advice. She clearly explained how the practice ran, which gave me confidence to book. I then met Jonathan for my horse’s dental treatment. He was friendly and funny, instantly putting me at ease. He took time to explain everything in a clear, non-technical way and offered useful advice on weight, worming and general health. He was patient with my horse (even when she was a bit rude!) but also firm when needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very impressed with my first experience - a real breath of fresh air dealing with an independent practice. Thank you!

I honestly don’t know where to begin, Tim & the whole team at Waterlane have been to my rescue for many many years! I cannot fault their knowledge, professionalism & commitment to their clients, they go above & beyond, day or night. My own vets were unable to carry out a specific injection on my horse, so I contacted Waterlane vets and spoke to a lovely lady called Debbie. She was very helpful and I ended up booking in to have the injection carried out, within just 3 days! A lovely vet called Georgie came out, kept us informed that she was on her way and what time she would be arriving. Carried out the jab and despite getting absolutely soaked due to the pouring rain, still had a chat and gave us some more in depth information about what she had just done and how it should hopefully help. Overall a great experience, and will definitely use again! :)
